Shot a strati iconico degli anni '80, prende il nome dal leggendario bombardiere strategico americano B-52 Stratofortress. I tre strati sovrapposti — liquore al caffè, Irish cream e Grand Marnier — ricordano visivamente le tre sezioni dell'aereo. Si può bere in un sorso solo o flambé.
