Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
Simple Syrup10 ml
Egg White1 piece

Guarnizione: Maraschino cherry and orange slice

Metodo: Shake

Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify the egg white, then shake again with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Storia

L'Amaretto Sour è un classico sour americano costruito attorno al liquore italiano alle mandorle Disaronno, diffuso negli Stati Uniti negli anni '70. Il bartender Jeffrey Morgenthaler ne ravvivò l'interesse nel 2012 aggiungendo un float di bourbon e albume d'uovo per ripristinarne l'equilibrio.
