- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Simple Syrup15 ml
- Champagne60 ml

Metodo: Shake
Pour all the ingredients, except Champagne, into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
