Honey Syrup22.5 ml

Metodo: Shake

Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker and add the remaining ingredients except the Islay single malt. Shake with ice and double-strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice. Float the single malt on top.

Creato nel 2005 dal bartender australiano Sam Ross a New York. Prende il nome dall'antibiotico, a indicarne le qualità ristoratrici.
